As a result the information of the complex and diverse brings a series of problems, such asthe initial design inconsiderate and frequent design changes affect the normal construction, the construction risk and construction error, the waste of hunman source and the construction progress of the calculation errors. Under the background the technology of building information modeling came into being.As a new management concept and advanced technologywill leading the revolution in the field of construction industry after the Auto CAD,this revo lution is not only a revo lution in technology, but also in the management area. As a kind of advanced tool and the production method, build ing information modeling are the technology of information and simulation techno logy application in the construction industry.From the concept of BIMdeveloping into the relatively mature, great changes have been appeard in the United States and the other developed countries. The BIM technology turned the digital information into BIM model parameters and the model parameters, as a basisserved in the whole life cycle of the construction project and played a great impact on the improvementof production effic iency and ensure the safety in production, saving investment, shorten the construction period. Although the application of BIM is still in the primary stage,Learning and development of BIM techno logy, the industry’s information transformation is the realization of green building, the construction of sustainab le development strategy is irresistab le way to the construction industry information techno logy can not stop the trend.In recent years, with the introduction of BIM technology, the problems of BIM technology in practical application have gradually emerged, such as though BIM Technology will become the mainstream technology in the construction industry,BIM technology application environment in China is not mature. Compared with foreign countries, our system of cons truction industry divers ity and lack of systematic and effective BIM standards. The standards include data exchange standard, BIM application ability evaluation criteria, BIM project imp lementation process standards,Secondly construction project participants for BIM legal responsibility boundary is fuzzy, the construction project in the actual operation lack of unified management. This series of problems led to the construction industry in the current environment to promote the BIM techno logy is not mature enough.In this paper,first of all introducedthe domestic and international mainstream software category and analized the function of BIM Technology.Discussing the main obstacles in the application of BIM in the construction industry. Secondly the tradit ional two-dimens ional simulation technology and BIM Technology in the actual project application are compared, then refinement the difference, expected to drive people to overcome present obstacles and applied the BIM Technology to the project construction. Then, put forward some suggestions to promote the implementation of BIM technology in China, wishing to contribute the promotion the BIM techno logy application in China’s construction industry and making the techno logy more extensive and in-depth. |
