| Recent years,the subway construction projects both in terms of quantity and scale were changed,and subway construction projects has changed.Meanwhile,managers began to discover the current large-scale subway management has been unable to keep up with project development.In order to achieve the passive management without of plans and the active management with control shift.Managers hope that risk and emergency management expertise can improve project management level.Open cut method for this purpose,subject to the subway construction project as an example,by using the experience of domestic and foreign projects,combining with the characteristics of the development of large underground engineering projects in China and tries to explore suitable for Ming excavation method path of metro project risk management.In this article,this paper ueses the method of literature review,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,empirical approach,comparative analysis,the risk,and expatiates on the basic theory of hierarchical analysis method,and then in the subway excavation method of the basic concepts and the basis of risk identification,this,this article mainly includes the process of risk identification,basis and method.Also contains a metro Ming excavation method of construction process and the identification of specific risk factors.Finally using the above method and the work done,using the mathematical method of analytic hierarchy process to establish the subway excavation method project risk comprehensive assessment model,using this model to analyze Ming excavation method construction,not only to study the process of construction technology,also in the process of the construction impact on the surrounding environment is analyzed. |
