Study On Urban Underground Space Development And Construction

Urban development had shown a higher density tendency where the traffic hub gathered.Intensive land use required higher standard in construction which made it became essential in vertical traffic hub construction and underground space project development.With the technology progresses such as geological exploration,constructer and mechanical engineering,as well as the technology from overseas and the invention of new material,urban underground space project would be more and more popular and expansive.By introducing the land and design plan of East-West Square and Underground Space Project in Qingdao North Railway Station,we focused on the early stages of development which contained the difficulties and solving program in accelerating the process of going through procedures land registrations and project plan.By introducing the design plan of East-West Square and Underground Space Project in Qingdao North Railway Station,combing the structure of design,planning total plane,traffic organization,modeling and design,we tried to make it reasonable in functional layout,traffic moving lines,space utilization during project designing.It had the model significance in the similar project.By introducing the work progress of East-West Square and Underground Space Project in Qingdao North Railway Station,providing reasonable advices of construction organization plan and main part of project design this paper studied the construction organization plan.By studying the programming,land,design plan,project management and anglicizing of commonness in detail,it had the model significance in the Underground space project in both experiential and directional way,which would improve the operability of similar Underground Space project and make it more methodic,normalized and legalized in Underground Space project planning.
