Based on the background of "13th Five-Year Plan" in vigorously developing of the steel structure residence,Chinese steel structure residence projects are gradually increasing with the continuous improvement of steel structure system.The current method in the design of steel structure residence still follows the way in the design of reinforced concrete residence,which does not take full account of the characteristics of steel structure,make use of advantage of flexibility in steel frame system in the combination of internal space and type,meet the diversity needs of occupants.In this context,this paper discusses the flexible design of the steel structure dwelling and dwelling combination with the elastic design concept,expecting to provide the reference value for the design of steel structure residence in China.There are five parts as following:Chapter 1:Introduction.According to the research content of this paper,this part contains the analysis of related concept,the content of the research and the determination of research methods,with the key words of steel structure residence and the elastic design.Through the study of the background and the research status of the development in steel structure residence,we found the problems in the design of steel structure residence in China,the lack of flexibility in the design and research.Chapter 2:the theoretical part of this paper.First of all,through the literature research and case analysis,this paper combs the development process of elastic design concept in the world,summarizing the experience of elastic residential design.After that,the necessity of the elastic design at present stage of china is analyzed from three aspects:the change of family structure,the difference of living demand and the investigation of demand.Finally,the characteristics of elastic design are discussed from the perspective of function,space and structure.Chapter 3:An analysis of the steel structure residential system and the current situation.This part expounds the characteristics of steel structure housing,including its structure system,wall system and floor(roof)system,and analyzes its impact on residential design respectively for the characteristics of steel structure.Then,according to the actual engineering case,the paper analyzes the shortcomings in the variability of the combination of dwelling space and the type of steel structure housing.Chapter 4:Principle and strategy.Based on the previous theoretical research and the analysis of the current situation,principles and strategies for the design of elasticity of the steel structure are put forward by guiding the design idea of the steel structure residential house with the result of the elastic design concept.Chapter 5:Applying the design principles and strategies to the actual design of steel structures,this paper discusses the elastic design method applicable for steel structures.First of all,according to the steel structure residential system and functional space design requirements,a modular system suitable for the design of steel structure residential system is determined and led into the design of the support and the variant,discussing the elastic design method of the space and dwelling combination of steel structure residence in detail,putting forward the key points of elastic design.Finally,the paper analyzes the support of feasibility of variable wall and integrated pipeline system to elastic design of steel structure residence in technology.
