Study On Industrial Heritage Of Baotou

The industrial revolution that emerged in the 1840 s created a brilliant industrial civilization,which promoted the great progress of social thought and human civilization.Due to the development of urban construction,the integration of world economy and the adjustment of urban industrial structure,industrial production has been replaced by information technology industry.Many traditional industrial enterprises gradually lost its original function.In the context of business mergers and factory relocation,there are many industrial heritage left over.Baotou City,as the earliest construction of an industrial city in China's ethnic minority areas,in the context of the city's "retreat into the second industry(to move out of the secondary industry to develop the tertiary industry)" in the background,most of the industrial enterprises have chosen the overall Urban external relocation,and in the process left a lot of history,culture,technology and aesthetic value of the industrial heritage.How to review and identify these industrial heritage,and how to properly handle these idle industrial heritage of Baotou City,social,economic and human development is of great significance.This paper starts from the research of industrial heritage at home and abroad,and puts forward the significance of industrial heritage protection and reuse through the elaboration of related concepts and theories.Based on the basic data of Baotou 's industrial heritage research,this paper expounds the present situation of the development and protection of industrial heritage in Baotou City,and explains the existing problems.This paper summarizes the advantages of Baotou City's development and utilization of industrial heritage,and uses the method of quantification to establish the evaluation system of industrial heritage resources of Baotou City,and then assigns the different value of industrial heritage according to the quantitative value.This paper evaluates the industrial heritage value of the existing industrial resources in Baotou City to determine the rationality and suitability of its protection and development.Combined with other city industrial heritage protection and utilization experience,put forward the Baotou industrial heritage in the future development process should strengthen the government leading role,strengthen the public participation and enhance the social heritage of industrial heritage function to achieve the protection of industrial heritage and use.The first part of this article is divided into four parts: the first part of the industrial heritage research background,research status,related concepts,development and utilization model and related theory were reviewed and summarized;the second part of the Baotou City industrial heritage development and utilization of the status quo This paper analyzes the existing problems of Baotou City's industrial heritage resources.The third part analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Baotou's industrial heritage resources through the establishment of the evaluation system of industrial heritage resources.The fourth part is based on the above,The protection and utilization of industrial heritage and countermeasures,with a view to the Baotou City,the further study of industrial heritage to help.
