A Morphologic Study On Industrial Heritage Landscape

Along with transformation of society and economy, there is great variation in cities and industry all over the world. Because of the change, the problem that how to deal with industrial heritages becomes more and more significant gradually. Based on the introduction of relative concepts of industrial heritage, it suggests using industrial heritage as a technical term. The development of the landscape conformation of industrial heritage, especially in our country,is retrospected systematically.It proves that this type of landscape conformation has come through two historic phases in esthetic angle.Combining with formal analysis,historical analysis indicates that this landscape conformation shoud be categorized on the methods of utilization.In a word,system of the composition consists of content and form as the most essential parts. Ordinary techniques of creation are analysed primarily in three aspects and further more Crystal City in Tianjin is researched as a domestic example. In view of the history and cases, the venation and trend are abstracted considering with entironment, space and modality. Refered to the realism which has been involved in the investigation above, it is figured that recycle integratively will be the most important direction. Last but not the least, it is believed that the landscape conformation of industrial heritage will tend towards the"Fourth Nature"inevitably.
