The Development And Utilization Of Natural And Cultural Landscape In The Planning Of Rural Leisure Tourism

In recent years,rural leisure tourism has gradually been attractive.The development of rural leisure tourism has a unique background advantage in our country:With the improvement of productivity and the promotion of Urbanization,the economic level of our country began to develop rapidly,and the disposable wealth of urban residents is increasing,people pay more and more attention to the spiritual pursuit,which led to the rapid growth of city residents’ demand for leisure tourism;With the rapid development of Chinese new rural economic construction,rural infrastructure is becoming more and more perfect,people’s tourism consumption is gradually turning to the rural leisure tourism,which is close to nature and return to farming culture;our country has a vast rural areas,containing rich landscape resources which make considerable development of rural leisure tourism in China;The party and the state pay great attention to the development of rural economy,promote the construction of new rural areas,protect the economic interests of farmers,and promote the process of building a new countryside.Nowadays,rural leisure tourism has become one of the most popular forms of tourism,under this background,how to develop and utilize the rural natural and human environment in order to satisfy three purposes of promoting rural development,protecting rural landscape environment and meeting the needs of urban residents,it is the purpose and meaning of our study on rural leisure tourism planning design.In this paper,the development and utilization of natural landscape and cultural landscape in rural leisure tourism planning are taken as the research object,analyze the case of rural leisure tourism in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area,the author consulted a large number of domestic and foreign literature,books and journals,visited and investigated many leisure tourism villages rich in natural and humanistic landscape,based on available data,analyze the specific situation of the exploitation and utilization of rural leisure tourism planning.This paper is composed of five parts,gradually expanding.The first part is the introduction part,this part describes the research background,the research status at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of the research,the ideas and framework of the research,the methods of research.The second part is the definition and elaboration of the basic concepts,introduces the basic concept of planning of rural leisure tourism,natural and cultural landscape,and the relationship between the them.The third part is the analysis of rural leisure tourism planning based on the natural and cultural landscape,this part includes the background,impacts,characteristics of rural leisure tourism development planning,and the orientation of rural leisure tourism based on natural and humanistic landscape.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis on the leisure tourism in Wenzhou Zeya District,after searching large number of data and field investigations,summed up the present situations and problems of rural leisure tourism landscape planning and designing in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area,and put forward some corresponding preliminary solutions.The fifth part is proposing innovatively the principles and strategies of natural landscape and cultural landscape planning in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area’s rural leisure tourism.The innovation and focus of this thesis is the fifth part,after analyzing and summarizing a large number of documents and cases come to the rural leisure tourism planning and designing ideas,sum up the six principles of rural leisure tourism environment planning and design:ecology,locality,participation,diversity,culture and hierarchy.According to the six basic principles,explore the general method of the planning and design of rural leisure tourism and the planning of the management idea.The deep study in the development and utilization of the natural and cultural landscape in the rural leisure tourism planning will provide reference value and theoretical basis for rural tourism planning in the future.
