| Heating equipment plays an important role in people's daily life.By far,the most common heating equipment is the plumbing.While,when season alternant coming without the central heating,people usually use electric warming.The purpose of this paper is to research and develop a water heater assembly with additional electric heating,achieving the goal of getting heat safely in the situation of without central heating,which may have practical application value.Firstly,plumbing heating method and electric heating method were investigated and analyzed,which provided the basis for designing of the water heater assembly with additional electric heating.Market research results showed that heating facilities with additional electric heating had a big market demand.This article's researching content includes the following aspects:According to the study of plumbing and electrical heating methods,the structure and modeling design of the water heater assembly with additional electric heating were put forward and completed.And also,the physical model was built.The modeling,the color and the man-machine interface were analyzed and designed mainly from the perspective of industrial design.Finally,parameters of the parts of water heater assembly with additional electric heating were determined through the experiment.And efficiency and use of stability of the equipment were analyzed.And improvement measures were put forward and then the equipment was improved.The experiments verified the feasibility and the stability of the equipment.This equipment was able to using as concentrated water heating and independent electric heating through using the same set of radiator.By using this way,money and space were saved,and the problem of storage and radiation problem were solved.At the same time,the experimental results showed that the water heater assembly with additional electric heating was feasible,repeated experimental tests showed that the heating effect was relatively stable. |
