The Research On The Effect Of High-speed Railway Station On Urban Development

High-speed railway is a type of rail transport that operates significantly faster than traditional rail traffic,which services with speeds less than 250 km/h.The construction of Chinese high-speed railway was founded in 1999.After more than 10 years of high-speed rail construction,China already has the fastest and the largest railway net in the world.With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,the large constructions of the area surround high-speed railway stations will become an important factor in the urbanization.The texture and process of urban formation and development will be changed under the influence of high speed railway.Especially the small cities along the high speed railway,have regarded the construction as a new growth pole of urban development.However,Chinese high-speed railway has just started,and it also needs to learn a lot of experience from the mature countries and regions.How to seize the opportunity of rapid development of high-speed railway to take the new urbanization road is the confusion of the region along the high speed railway.Firstly,this paper makes a large number of literature reviews to summarize the research status at home and abroad and introduces the theoretical basis of the research.On this basis,it reviews the inner link between the railway and urban development.Then this paper summarized the effect of high speed railway from five aspects,such as comprehensive traffic,regional urban system,urban population,urban economy,and urban space and so on.The paper further analyzes the key factors which restrict the influences.Nine factors have been analyzed from two aspects of regional factors and urban factors.It summarizes these key factors how to control the effect of high speed railway.Subsequently,the paper determined the content of the evaluation index,and the standard of the indicators.It applies the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each index,and establishes a set of effective evaluation method for the effect of high speed railway.Then Through the investigation of the actual cases,the evaluation results are compared with the actual development situation to verify the practicability and operability of the evaluation method.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text content and theory,and puts forward the prospect of the future research.
