Transportation is an important national infrastructure,and it is also the basis of urbanization development.China's urbanization process is now accelerating,which puts forward higher requirements for the speed,efficiency and environmental protection of transportation facilities.Railway transportation plays an important role in the transportation system.The newly developed high-speed railway can better meet the needs of China's new urbanization development with its own technical and economic advantages.The "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network under construction in China plays an important role in the process of urbanization.The research on the impact of high-speed railway on urbanization under networking conditions provide a reference for the rational planning of high-speed railway network and the healthy and balanced development of new urbanization in China,which is conducive to the coordinated development of high-speed railway and urbanization.First,this paper analyzes the development of high-speed railway and urbanization and their relationship.Then,based on the theories of economic radiation,traffic location,spatial economics and urban-rural structure transformation,taking the path of traffic infrastructure affecting regional social economy as the starting point,this paper analyzes the impact path of high-speed railway on urbanization population,economy,space,society and ecology,and constructs the impact mechanism framework of high-speed railway on urbanization under networking conditions.On the basis of theoretical research,the paper selects the panel data of 29 provinces in China from 2005 to 2017,tests the spatial autocorrelation of urbanization rate,establishes the static and dynamic spatial panel measurement model,explores the short-term impact,long-term impact and regional differences of high-speed railway on urbanization under networking conditions,and further tests the time lag of high-speed railway's effect.In order to verify the rationality of the research,this paper analyzes the actual situation of urbanization development in the construction of "meter" high-speed railway network in Henan.This paper draws five conclusions: First,the planning and layout of high-speed railway network and the spatial distribution pattern of provinces' urbanization have similar density characteristics in geographical space,and there is a correlation between them;Second,high-speed railway under networking conditions has direct and indirect impact on urbanization.The specific path is to provide employment opportunities and improve the urban environment to drive the population to gather in urban,so as topromote the development of urbanization;Third,high-speed railway under networking conditions has a significant positive role in promoting urbanization and spatial spillover effect,and the impact has a time lag.With the growth of time,the impact of high-speed railway on urbanization will gradually increase;Fourth,there are differences in the impact of high-speed railway on urbanization in different regions.In a short period of time,the contribution of high-speed railway to the urbanization of western provinces is the deepest,and in a long period of time,it has the greatest impact on the urbanization of central provinces;Fifth,the high-speed railway will play a leading role along the growth axis,form an industrial development axis and a new type of urban dense belt,and adjust the urban spatial structure.
