The current transmission line jobs to manual inspection based,mostly single-point operations,data processing,defect judged mainly by artificial manner,the lack of unified mass data management and multi-dimensional data analysis,has seriously hampered the inspection efficiency and quality inspection.And this traditional way of doing power line patrol,difficult conditions,inefficient power line inspections of the working conditions of workers,labor intensity and relatively high risk factor.Traditional mainly rely on human power line patrol dimensional pattern on the operation and maintenance of quality,efficiency and economic benefits have been unable to meet current and future power management system to pursue lean,cost efficiency and strategic development needs.With the unmanned aerial vehicle(helicopter)and the emergence of popular,so the UAV power line inspection possible.UAV as an aircraft with a small,low cost,light weight,simple structure,operation and maintenance,good mobility and flexibility and other characteristics,can be suspended in the air for a long time,particularly suitable for power line patrol operations.UAV realized the electronic,information,intelligence inspection,improve the work efficiency of the power line inspection,and emergency rescue level and power supply reliability.In the flash floods,earthquakes and other emergency situations,the UAV can be potentially dangerous line,and other issues such as Taki fall survey and emergency investigation,did not affect road conditions,not only eliminates the pain to climb the tower,but also to survey the human visual dead ends,the rapid recovery of power helpful.In this paper,a use of unmanned aerial vehicles(helicopters)power grid power line inspection software framework and the system is designed,the business application subsystems,business support sub-systems,and other hardware subsystems integrated into a unified system,aimed at provide for the transmission line inspection operations technical support,to achieve full network patrol massive data intelligent analysis and application to provide basis for decision making operation and maintenance of transmission lines.Finally,a systematic safety is designed.
