In recent years aircrafts suffer lightning struck happen occasionally,in order to ensure the security of aircraft under the environment of lightning flight,lightning protection needs to be considered in the design of the structure of an plane.This paper was based on a project for a whole aircraft lightning protection test.Focus on the failure phenomenon of measuring and control circuit that occurred in the process of test and study the measurement and control circuit of the generator system.In order to make the waveform generator system work in a complex electromagnetic environment,it is necessary to study the electromagnetic compatibility of its measurement and control circuit.Firstly,this paper studied the source of electromagnetic interference for the power supply of the system and analyzed the coupling path of the disturbance source,such as surge pulse and high frequency interference.In the test,the method of filtering,pulse absorption and UPS isolation was used to ensure the stable operation of the power supply system.Secondly,this paper studied the electromagnetic interference source of PLC control circuit of the waveform generator,analyzed the way that the interference source influences the PLC control system,through the coupling of the power supply line and the signal line.In the experiment,the method of filtering,pulse absorption and isolation was used to ensure the reliable operation of PLC control system.Thirdly,analyzing the electromagnetic interference source of its measuring circuit and causes of the voltage measurement circuit,the current measurement circuit and the external field measurement circuit,floating isolation,shielding and line isolation and other measures were used to ensure that the measurement circuit work properly.The results show that the electromagnetic compatibility design method used in the system can meet the normal working requirements of the generator system.Finally,this paper also studied the rapid transient current of pulsed current in the process of experiment,combined with theoretical analysis and simulation verification.Combined with the relevant literature,the reason of the rapid transient current of the pulsed current wave front is deduced.The circuit simulation method is used to verify that the distribution parameter between the lines is the main reason for the transient current.
