| Impulse voltage generator is one of the most important high-voltage test equipments.During the discharging process of impulse voltage generator, the distance between the two balls of the impact generator is not synchronized. In the process of discharge, all balls can’t be broken down together and the pulse capacitors can not simultaneously discharge in parallel. The resulting waveform can not meet the national standards and the experiment is invalid.Just as mentioned, the problem in a high output voltage or charging circuit number of large-scale impulse voltage generator is more serious. So optimizing the control system is very important for the problem of the distance synchronization between two balls. This paper analyzes the basic principle of the impulse generator head wave tail resistor calculation methods, the advantages and disadvantages of structural design. In the part of the control system of the impact generator, mainly from the system software process, ontology ball distance adjustment strategy,a power supply circuit design and PLC control circuit of input and output are introduced in details.Head wave tail resistance and clutter capacitance on the experimental waveform are analyzed by MATLAB simulation. And from the analysis above,we can draw the following conclusions:1.By using the closed-loop control strategy, the normal single-phase motor is used to meet the requirement of the ball spacing.2.When the other parameters are determined, changing the resistance of the wave head will affect the rising part of the waveform and the Tf value of the head time. The larger the Rf value is,the slower it will rise. The smaller Rf value is,the faster it will rise;when other parameters are determined, the Rt value will be affected by the change of the tail resistance Rt,which will affect the falling part of the waveform and change the Tt wave tail time value. When Rt increases,it decreases slowly. When Rt decreases,it decreases rapidly.3.Under different load capacitors, increasing the load capacitance can increase the amount of wave time, but can be compensated by reducing the wavefront resistance. |
