Shiploader is a dedicated mechanical device used to continuously transport bulks,usually equipped by electric drive,which transports a large number of bulk from belt conveyor system to the cabin in port.The tail car agency of shiploader connects the main part of shiploader with belt conveyor in pier.As a modern large-scale loading device,shiploader effectively improve the efficiency of loading coal and ore,which has a very important significance to improve port productivity.The boom agency of shiploader will frequently reciprocating up and down in the process of operations and maintenance,so it's necessary for device manager to have a good look at it.Through inquiring technical data relates to shiploader,I build a dimensional model of fixed boom and telescopic boom of shiploader by Creo/parametric,and simplify it reasonably,then import it into the HyperMesh to create a finite element analysis model.Next,import the model into the AnsysWorkbench to finish the finite element analysis of static in the specified condition,by the result of displacement analysis fulfilling stiffness checking of the fixed boom and telescopic boom,and by the result of equivalent stress analysis fulfilling strength check of the fixed boom and telescopic boom.In the same time,I fulfill the strength check of the key gear shaft in telescopic boom driving device.Through the observation of field work conditions in boom agency of shiploader,I have summarized some specific measures to strengthen the strength of boom agency,and found ways to improve working properties of several major components in boom agency.For example,I have analyzed the noise come from the back tilt hinge point in boom agency,and came up with the proper disposal method;Also I put forward specific measures,which have been calculated and analyzed,to move the bearing blocks of tightening roller in boom belt conveyor;Third,I raise improved methods to solve the problem of belt deviation in boom belt conveyor;And then,in connection with the phenomenon that carrier rollers wear quickly,I come up with measures combine with the need of scene working.The research result of this article builds a foundation in some degree for further theoretical research about boom agency of ship loader,and have a reference value to improve the working properties of boom agency.
