| The development of automobile industry greatly promotes the economic progress in China.At the same time,this progress also brought a lot of negative problems,such as shortage of energy,environmental pollution.Faced with so many heavy problems,many researchers suggest using electric vehicles to deal with these problems.Therefore,the development of electric vehicles gradually becomes an important direction in the automobile field.We all know that the existence of simulation software has brought great convenience in the vehicle study.ADVISOR is a classic simulation software which is very suitable for the analysis of electrics vehicles.It can effectively analyze the dynamic performance,exhaust emission and economy of the vehicle.In this paper,the simulation was fulfilled via ADVISOR,mainly depending on the maximum speed,accelerating conditions,SOC status of battery and driving cycle conditions.This paper is about a promising study for the FSAE team in our school.First of all,the development of domestic and international events were analyzed.Then the propulsion system and structure layout were determined.Finally the parameters of the vehicle were selected.According to the rules published in early 2016,this article calculated the dynamic parameters for motors,batteries and other components,which were important parts of vehicles.As the models in ADVISOR are built based on front-drive structure,but the race car are often rear-driven.This paper introduced secondary development to modify such difference.Then the calculated parameters are loaded into the ADVISOR to establish the vehicle model,motor model,battery model,transmission model.After the establishment of driving mathematical model and simulation model,the simulation was carried out using two different drive cycle to confirm the design of the power system and to modify the parameters of main components.In particular,the paper defined a special type of drive cycle called maximum speed case.As the paper was a preparation for a promising vehicle,it provided an overall layout to match structures and performances of the same type car,such as frame,steering system,braking system and so on.CATIA was used to finish the preliminary design for the frame.In this paper,the maximum speed of the electric car,acceleration performance,driving range and other aspects of the simulation were analyzed.The rationality of the rear drive model was verified and the performance of the car was improved.The parameters of the car were designed to meet the original design requirements.Therefore,the modeling method is feasible. |
