| Economic development promoted the improvement of the human life condition.Car as a means of transport has been an integral part of human life.With the increasing ownership of traditional internal combustion engine vehicles,environmental pollution and energy depletion caused by cars are becoming increasingly serious.For this reason,new energy automobile has been the attention of the countries all over the world.Blade electric vehicles is a new energy vehicles,because of their zero-emission,low noise,etc.,will become the main direction of future development of the automotive industry.The research of power system parameter matching in the process of blade electric vehicle research and development plays a vital role.The parameters of the power system just are the motor power,battery capacity,transmission ratio,etc.Whether dynamic system parameters matching is reasonable will affect the performance of blade electric vehicle,especially dynamic and economic performance of blade electric vehicles.This is the main content of this paper.This paper carrys on the concrete parameters matching and optimization research to blade electric vehicle power system based on the laboratory’s blade electric vehicle research project.Firstly,the text makes a technical exploration about the present situation of the development,structure principle and key technologies of blade electric vehicles.Blade electric vehicle is mainly composed of body,chassis,powertrain and electrical equipment.Excepting the power system,other parts’s structure and function are similar totraditional internal combustion engine vehicle,so that this paper mainly studies the power system.Inadditions,we analyze the stress distribution on blade electric vehicles,and make power system parameter design and structural arrangement according to the electric vehicle requirements of power performance and economic performance.Moreover,we establish the simulation model of all parts using ADVISOR.In the model,we set the appropriate parameters of the vehicle and the simulation conditions.After running,we get the relevant simulation results.The content of simulation include:maximum speed,maximum gradeability,100 kilometers acceleration time,driving range and other performance conditions.The simulation results show that the parameter data matching design results basically meet the performance requirements of vehicle.Finally,the parameters are optimized by genetic algorithm.Through the twice simulation,we know that the optimized parameters is more reasonable than the preliminary design,which shows the feasibility of genetic algorithm optimization of the power system parameters.In this paper,the blade electric vehicle power system parameters matching and optimization is studied.To some extent,It provides some the oretical basis and technical reference for the research and development work related to pure electric vehicle power system. |
