National Engineering Research Center for Non-Food Bioenergy(NERC-NFB)is the first project constructed by Guangxi.Such projects have both research and engineering features.Because of historical and institutional reasons,this project's undertaker is short of the experiences to construct NERC-NFB,which relates to the principle of research,engineering and technological research,platform construction and many other links and content,there are more risk factors.In this paper,in the background of the mission objectives of NERC-NFB construction project,make its risk identification of R&D,platform construction tasks and industrialization sub-projects.In order to do this,an attempt to combine the use of qualitative and quantitative is applied to make a comprehensive analysis of risk factors and the probability of loss of influence,establishing a risk matrix to identify the main risk factors and threats,then through analyzing AHP pairwise comparison of various risk factors,better quantify and identify key risk factors and the corresponding level of risk and risk control countermeasures.In this way,we can avoid simply misplaced priorities of various risk factors to be listed,resulting in management can not grasp the focus and waste energy and resources.After the study,This paper identifies the risk factors for each sub-project,and identifies the key risk elements and gives the risk management countermeasures. |
