Landuse Distribution Of Small Town Based On New Urbanization

With the development of new urbanization,China’s urbanization has entered a stage of rapid development.In this new stage of development,small towns,as an important link in the construction of urban and rural systems in China,can not meet the requirements of the construction of small cities and towns in the new period,resulting in blind expansion,internal structure confusion,Insufficient land use,and inadequate infrastructure and public service facilities.In order to solve these urgent problems,this paper tries to find out the optimization method of land layout,solve the existing problems,perfect the layout theory,and study the land use layout of the small towns in the west of China in the background of new urbanization.Planning to provide experience for reference.In this paper,the new requirements of the new urbanization,town planning standards,relevant policies and the theory of land use layout research,provide theoretical support.Then analyzes the existing problems of the small towns and their causes.Combined with a new type of urbanization people-oriented,four-in-one,intensive and efficient ideas for small towns in the new era of various types of land in proportion,type,location and layout of the method of research.By combining theory with practice,combining quantitative and qualitative methods,this paper makes full use of the concept of people-oriented,four-in-one,intensive and high efficiency in the new urbanization,and makes a case study on the land use layout of the old towns in Baise.The land use structure and different properties Land for analysis.It is pointed out that in the study of land use planning of small towns,we should give full consideration to the social conditions such as the aging society and the opening policy of the two children,and the new concepts of internet +culture + low-carbon eco-towns,etc.,The status quo,according to the nature of different land classification research.Pay more attention to the connotation of the development of small towns,the rational adjustment of the proportion of old towns and townships within the land and industrial structure.Low-carbon eco-towns,smart towns,sponge towns,slow-moving small towns and other new points of view,to create a combination of short-term and long-term,supply and demand,and so on,to improve the quality of services,Balanced,distinctive,suitable for the industry livable,comprehensive carrying capacity,the internal attractiveness of large integrated town.
