Based on the Xuefeng mountain scenic area vernacular architecture research, collect relevant information,the protection and use of scenic spot of the vernacular architecture are studied.The main research are as follows:1.Clarified the protection and use of vernacular architecture have practical and guiding significance to the scenic area, summarized overview of related researches.2.Based on site investigation within the scenic spot on the type of vernacular architecture, vernacular architecture is divided into four class,including residential building, garden construction,cultural construction,civic building. Among them,residential building are wide distribution and have a large number, it is the most basic type of buildings.Landscape architectural remains relatively much, the distribution is concentrated, the types of construction is various, the layout is clever.Civic building's internal culture is of far-reaching significance.Religious architecture have many types, but quality of preservation is not high.3.Summarize the problems and shortcomings of local architectural conservation and utilization process that appears, damaged buildings lack of routine maintenance,all kinds of protection construction have defects and loopholes on protection measures and methods,residents of vernacular architecture protection consciousness is not strong,not updated and development of construction use in scenic area,management does not reach the designated position,internal reason of building.4.1n the view of existed problems,combining with the characteristics of the scenic area, the types of building the specific protective measures are put forward.Improve the legal system and protection mechanism, settlement control, strictly measures enforced at all levels to protect the building, control the new building height around the scenic area; repair and rebuilding damaged buildings that the value are higher;ecological compensation protection and to remove damaged buildings, "fit" in the site with the type of greening design;specialization of repair skills,vernacular architecture recording and playback.
