In the water conservancy project,in order to prevent floods over the crest endanger the hinge safety,must arrange the discharge structure,excess water to vent over the storage capacity of the hub,to ensure water retaining buildings and other buildings.This paper is based on the feasibility study report of Jiangxi province Wuxikou water conservancy and hydraulic model test on the discharge orifice size scale and flow of spillway sluice buildings in the hub for scheme selection,to determine the discharge structure and downstream energy dissipation work arrangement.At the same time curve of the weir surface,downstream energy dissipation,discharge capacity and stability design of structure were calculated,and the test data of the hydraulic model compared to the data obtained by the design.The design is safe design and energy dissipation of the project spillway and the research also has certain representativeness and also can be used for similar engineering design as a reference.This paper is designed to determine the discharge structure,but also fully considered the impact of Wuxikou hydro discharge risk of hydrologic and hydraulic uncertainties in flood discharge risk analysis in the past,A discharge risk calculation model of water level in front of dam and discharge in two ways,based on the process model of flood discharge,stochastic simulation of flow capacity and the attenuation coefficient is defined in this paper,produced a large number of random variables,hydrological factors were calculated by Monte-Carlo simulation respectively,hydraulic factors and their factors the flood discharge risk value.The results show that the effect of uncertainty on the risk factor of hydrological discharge calculation is the dominant factor,the influence of hydraulic uncertainty on discharge calculation is very small,can be neglected.In the establishment of two kinds of discharge risk calculation model,the dam water level before the wind into the flood hydrograph uncertainty factors the risk calculation model,was based on the method of amplifying the typical flood process,considering the uncertainty of the flood hydrograph is not comprehensive.In the establishment of the second kinds of risk models,to realize the quantification of flood hydrograph using a large number of random sampling reduction coefficient.The comprehensive risk model to calculate the value of two,which indicates that the more risk factors which influence the flow,the risk calculation results will be greater at the same time,the flood process line of the uncertainty factors on the risk of discharge is affected.The two models under the comprehensive discharge risk values are in general recognized acceptable risk,this paper design of discharge structure is safe and reliable.
