China is a big shipping country,and shipping volume increased year by year.In particular,oil,gas,chemical dangerous goods and other goods transport more and more.Ship pollution accidents occurred frequently,endanger also more and more serious.There are aquaculture areas and tourist scenic spots nearby Shengli oil field wharves,be next to high risk of accident areas,such as sea-route and docks,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to study the pollution risk of ships.In this thesis,the risk assessment of ship pollution in port crude oil terminal is carried out.Be aimed at analyzing the existing pollution control ability and risk adaptability,and put forward the countermeasures to reduce the risk.That will reduce the adverse impact of the ship pollution,and provide reference for the study on the risk of vessel pollution in the Shengli oil field wharvesThis thesis based on the research of lastest data on the environment of petroleum docks,the passing in and out ship types and quantity,setting of sea-route,emergency equipments,management statues and domestic and oversea risk assessment method and case study,the thorough study on assessment method of petroleum docks,identification of risk resource are conducted,moreover,the estimate frequency of paroxysmal accident,the analysis on impact caused by pollution to circumjacent sea and land environment are also included.Based on the risk assessment and risk control ability and adaptability analysis,this thesis makes two targeted countermeasures such as risk prevention and the consequences of accidents reduction.After investigation and research,finds out the problems and weak links in the emergency management work,and figures out improvement and emergency strategies.
