A Study On Risk Of Ship Pollution And Preventive Measures Of Lanshan Port Crude Oil Wharf

According to the "Rizhao Port General Planning", Lanshan port areas will form a large type of dangerous chemicals centralized operation area with three 300000 ton crude oil wharf and 39 liquid dangerous chemicals wharf.The 300000 ton oil terminal of Rizhao Port is the largest in Rizhao City, there are environmental risks in the handling and transportation of oil, once the oil spill accident happened, the quality of the marine environment, marine ecological environment, tourism resources and human health caused by the adverse effects, may cause huge economic losses and social problems. In this paper, the risk assessment of ship pollution in port crude oil terminal is carried out. We analyze the existing pollution control ability and risk adaptability, and put forward the countermeasures to reduce the risk.It will reduce the adverse impact of the ship pollution,and has great practical significance to protect the economic development of Rizhao City.This paper is based on the full investigation of Lanshan port and the 300000 ton oil terminal and the other relevant projects in Lanshan port.And then analyze the statistical data of the vessel traffic accident and pollution accident in this area.By using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the pollution risk of Lanshan port crude oil terminal is evaluated. Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the risk and prevention of the pollution of the ship, the countermeasures are put forward from two aspects:risk prevention and Reduce of accident loss.
