Research Of User Experience Measurement In Intelligent Hardware Case Study From Wireless Charging

With the experience economy becoming more and more mature, the user experience has attracted more and more attention in all aspects of life, and how to quantify the user experience, make user experience scientifically and accurately, clearly presented in front of people, is one of the key topics in today’s enterprises and scholars of common concern. And now for the measurement of user experience research mainly concentrated in the field of Internet, and quantitative research experience on the field of intelligent hardware is relatively small, therefore, establish a set of intelligent hardware products user experience evaluation system is very important.In this paper, first through the literature review and related personnel interviews, figure out the current stage of the user experience and quantitative research, sort out the current level of user experience research related levels and dimensions. Secondly, this article through the use of card sorting and user interviews and other methods to collect elements of user experience, establish intelligent hardware products EPI elements of user experience model, intelligent hardware user experience factor hierarchy. Through the self -report scale, System Usability Scale and the Net Promoter Score establish user experience quantification system, quantify the intelligent hardware products user experience, and realize the visualization of the results of the user experience. At the end of this paper, the established quantitative system is verified through the actual design case, which is expected to provide examples and reference for the intelligent hardware products user experience quantification research.
