Withmicrowave oven function increases constantly, also increase the cost of the product, and makethe microwave oven operating more difficult. With the popularity of the microwave oven,usability problems also performed significantly: the frequency of the user’s use decreasedgradually, operation flow too mechanical, operation interface is complicated, informationpointing to the unknown, UI interface design is difficult to understand, the use effect don’treached user expectations.Usability testing can let the user requirements and the product of implicit demand becomesclearly. So that designers can be according to user reflected the usability problems to designiterative design. How to take the user experience research as the foundation, the user needs intoproduct function needs to be characteristics in this study. The Internet usability testing methodreasonably use into the touch control of home appliance product usability studies is the core inthis paper.The results of this study to make reasonable predictions which in the operation interface ofthe iterative design development trend on usability of home appliance product. It helpsdesigners to design and improve product interface design usability in product design iterationstages. How to design the products not only meet the actual users’ needs, but also improve themarket competitiveness of products. |
