Research Of Reform And Utilazation Of Abandoned Urban Rails

As the sustained and in-depth Chinese Economic Reform since the 1940 s,the pace of urbanization in our country is getting quicker and quicker.The Traffic system develops day by day,as well as the high-speed railway and subway construction.The urban appearance changed a lot and is quite different from what it was.With the spread,update and complement of city space,a large number of enterprises moved abroad,the city-crossed rails changed,the new railways were applied and industrial plants remained,which inevitably left a lot of scrap railways and industrial mining enterprises of railway private sidings in the city.Although these old railway were abandoned and faded out in time,they had made a great contribution to the development of cities and the production of factories,it caused a series of problems after those rails become abandoned,and it not only hindered the construction of city development,but also left weeds and garbage around due to the lack of regulation policy,affecting the urban environment quality and caused many social problems.However,at present,domestic research about the reconstruction and utilization of waste of railway is the lack of theory and practice.It has been a tough problem that how to utilize the scrap rail as well as possible and fully explore its remaining value,during the lay-out and construction of many cities nowadays.To deal with this reality problem in city construction,this paper,based on a lot typical foreign cases,according to the theories of greenway,industrial heritage protection,sustainable development,landscape ecology and other relevant theoretical basis,combined with methods of document researching,cases analyzing and system integration,making the scrap railway district a reform pattern and a feasible measure of ecological remediation to the refreshment of cities,through which come out with an effective way to adapt to the reconstruction and utilization of waste urban railway in China.Finally,the author illustrated the feasibility and necessity of urban old railway district reform with the example of Taiwan Taichung railway reconstruction,providing a kind of exploration to activate urban wasted area and accelerate the integration process,from which the future reform of domestic and abroad urban abandoned rail domestic and can use for reference.
