With the rapid development of China's economy,private cars and public transport has a growing a lot.Followed by car monitoring system is also more and more perfect,so the requirements of the vehicle terminal is also getting higher and higher.In particular,In both positioning and transmission,requiring its positioning more accurate,faster and faster data transmission.This paper mainly focuses on the design and research of the positioning and transmission module in the monitoring terminal so that the positioning accuracy is less than 10 meters and the transmission delay is less than 100 ms,data packet loss rate of less than 5%.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The research status of vehicle terminal is introduced.The TMS320DM365 of TI is used as the core processor according to the demand of the project.GPS positioning system is used as the positioning system of this design.Unicom's WCDMA network is used as the mobile transmission network of the vehicle terminal.(2)Comparison and selection of functional modules model,the last use of Huawei's MU609 as a communication module,using SKM61 as a GPS data acquisition module.And according to the module of the two modules of the hardware circuit design.And the design of the PCB of the module and the simulation of the signal trace of GPS are realized on cadence software.(3)using the Linux system as the terminal operating system.Using ppp protocol design 3G Internet access pppd dial-up procedures to create a configuration file with the final pppd dial-up script to achieve 3G network connection.And in the Linux system under the Internet test.GPS data collection process design,and use of analytical software to test the effectiveness of its original data.(4)the functional design of the terminal test.In the pc machine with putty software on the communication module for data transmission delay rate and call loss rate of the test.In the WEBside of the positioning test,and successfully extracted to the vehicle running track.
