Design And Research Of Dedicated Straightening Machine For Longitudinal Members Of Vehicle Flame

Heavy special vehicles are widely used in special occasions,such as national defense construction,field operations,mining,bridge engineering,military special vehicles looks like a multifunctional platform where strategic weapons would be loaded on,an important part of the modernization of national defense equipment in our country.The frame,as one of the most critical parts of the heavy special vehicles have the effect of the weight of the vehicles.However,in the process of production,due to the particularity of the structure,it often appears the phenomenon such as bending,deformation and so on in the process of welding,this situation is to reduce efficiency and quality of the frame production.Using artificial correction,time-consuming,laborious and pose a safety hazard.This thesis analyzes and designs the correction of longitudinal members of vehicle flame,has important application value.This thesis selected topic in some heavy vehicle enterprise commissioned dedicated straightening machine for longitudinal members of vehicle flame project.Because the structure of the longitudinal members of vehicle flame is special,the existing orthodontic appliances may not apply to this kind of structure.In order to guarantee the quality of frame girder products,improve production efficiency and eliminate potential safety problems,be badly in need of research design a simple,economy machine for straightening.In this thesis,based on field investigation for many times,in order to economy,applicability and reliability as the basic principle,puts forward a set of frame girder gantry walking hydraulic clamp type straightening machine solution.First of all,the development plan for the straightening machine of orthodontic pliers,gantry walking crane,and form a complete set of hydraulic system.Upper and lower orthodontic pliers can work alone,nip pressure controlled by electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve,pressure regulating range is 200 kn and 400 kn,can be set up on a touch screen.Second,design the test control system based on PLC and frequency control of motor speed control system,goal driven by frequency conversion motor,speed 0.5 m/min to 20 m/min range is adjustable.With the development environment of the software of WinCC flexible is drawn the function of a set of reasonable and simple operation interface,can touch screen to monitor the working state of straightening machine,such as hydraulic pump,air cooler,overflow valve and other units;Finally,has carried on the straightening machine commissioning test,adjusted step jaw parameters of pressure and distance in automatic correction mode,got more groups of test data,tested the straightening machine can meet the flatness in automatic correction mode in 0 to 5 mm / 10 m within the scope of the modification request,proved the research on dedicated straightening machine for longitudinal members of vehicle flame has reached the expected effect in this thesis.
