Study On The Engineering Project Management Evaluation System Of Construction Unit

Engineering construction process,however,is different from general commodity production.Every construction project has its own regional,targeted and technical characteristics,so construction project engineering management is particularly important in the process.Engineering project from the preliminary to the completion involves many relevant departments with different interests.So general engineering management involves broad aspects.As we all know,Construction stage is the most important one in this process.Undoubtedly the construction units are corresponding directly about engineering project's quality,safety,schedule,and many other aspects,so engineering management of the construction units have the characteristics of complexity,dynamic and comprehensive.The current related research involves one or two aspects only,or just do some theoretical research from the macro perspective.On the other hand,in reality,at present many construction units often just pursuit one-side of the engineering management,for example schedule,or just obey their leadership.Therefor many problems such as quality,safety,happen from time to time,construction units' engineering management level needs to be improved.The paper research engineering management from the perspective of construction units,that is construction project management.Construction unit is the main part in the engineering construction phase.From a certain extent,it can be said directly determining the success or failure of the project.And the construction project management also includes many contents.This paper introduced the main contents of construction project management from the theory aspect,and then briefly analysis the current status of this management in our country.Following research combine theory with practice,considering opinions of relevant experts to establish index to evaluate the level of construction project management.And next,quantitative the index according to the actual situation.Then select AHP method to establish construction project management evaluation model of construction unit.When evaluation model is established,the research will conduct index data sampling from the engineering projects in construction units,and run the evaluation system to acquire the corresponding results.Finally,the results will be analyzed and suggestions are given.The paper adopts the method of the combination of both qualitative and quantitative study,comprehensively covers the aspects of the construction unit's engineering management.The evaluation model system established in this paper also give full consideration to the dynamic and efficiency of the management.So this paper can provide reference to optimize allocation of manpower,material and financial resources,to achieve high quality,fast progress and low cost targets of the construction project management.In all,the construction project management evaluation system in this paper is helpful to improve engineering management level of construction units,and have great practical significance.
