Research And Application Of Sealing In Truck's Cab

The Sealing of cab is one of the most important factors of ride comfort in truck?It will directly affect the noise reduction effect,rain and dust prevention and the door-closing force.Therefore,more and more users are focus on sealing and vehicle manufacturers have gradually increased R & D investment in this area?Because of the late start of the research on the sealing performance of the truck in China and there is no systematic and effective optimization method,so the application of this research is still a challenge.In this paper,first,we studied the research of heavy commercial vehicle cab sealing and decided to use the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods?Secondly,we improved the performance of the cab sealing?At last,we studied the door-closing force by numerical simulation and test analysis,verified the feasibility of the scheme?The research of this paper is meaningful,the performance of cab sealing in current heavy commercial vehicle is only verified by rain test?There is no reference of testing standards of the sealing quantitative and the evaluation method?This study is use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative,the leakage of cab is visiable?Therefore,it can objectively reflect the quality of the seal of heavy commercial vehicle cab and improve the sealing performance accurately and effectively so that it can shorten the R&D cycle and the truck can obtain higher user satisfaction?...
