Design And Construction Of Electric Climbing Formwork For A High Pier

In recent years,the rapid development of highway and bridge construction in our country,the technology of highway bridge,especially the high pier construction technology has become a hot research topic.With the high speed development of highway bridge construction,it needs to match the construction tools and technology.Climbing formwork technology is a efficient construction technology in the high pier construction.Based on the background of the construction of a high pier of a bridge of Chang-Lin express,this paper explores a research on the design of electric climbing formwork and the arrangement of climbing formwork to climbing formwork construction technology.First,this paper introduces the overview of a pro high-speed bridge project,analysis the emphases and difficulties of the high pier construction,discusses the performance and working principle,advantages of electric climbing,climbing on the electric high pier on the basis of the detailed design,the layout of climbing seats.Secondly,on the basis of the design,this paper calculates the system structure of electric climbing formwork structure system,a detailed description of the structure on the basis of calculation standard and calculation condition and load value,calculated in accordance with the simplified plane method,respectively on the upper frame body,formwork system,mobile support,under the frame,wall bearing strength and deformation and the calculation of the stability.Finally,this paper studies the construction technology and the quality and safety control measures of the electric climbing formwork.The process of installation,construction and disassembly of electric climbing model is discussed.The key points of quality safety control in construction are analyzed,and it put forward the countermeasures.Because of its advantages including low construction cost,fast speed and so on,the application of the high pier construction in the highway bridge construction is common used.In this paper,the actual high pier construction project based on the design calculation and construction technique of electric climbing form system is studied in detail and more accumulated experience for the similar projects,which can provide reference for high pier construction of electric climbing formwork design andconstruction.
