With increasingly stringent of national emission regulations, it's very difficult for non-road diesel engines using conventional mechanical pump fuel injection systems to meet emission regulations. EUP + electric EGR system with low cost, can effectively decrease the NO_x emissions and enables precise control. For those advantages, this technology is widely used in the non-road diesel engines.The research object is the core actuator in the electrical EGR system——electrical EGR valve. DC and drive mechanism and many other technologies are used in the development of a direct current machine electrical EGR valve with independent brand.In the design and development process, the following works are completed:(1) The generating mechanism and generating related factors of NO_xin non-road diesel engine are analyzed, and the principles about EGR technology'seffect on NO_x emissionsare listed;(2) Thedirect current machineelectrical EGR valve is designed for an engine, which involves the design of valve body structure and transmission;(3) Theheatfluxand fluid temperature of EGR valve under different conditions are analyzed by software AVL-Fire and ANSYS, especially the temperature of electrical EGR valve's motor and sensor chip.(4) The response time, linearity,sealing performance and temperature field and many other performances of electrical EGR valve are tested, and the200 hoursdurability test of engine and 500 hoursdurability test oftractor which matched with electrical EGR valveare completed.
