With the development of Chinese industry, many fileds (mechanical andpetrochemical and metallurgy and defense and the livelihood of people. etc) putforward to the demand of electric power. In our country, the supercritical fossilpower unit and ultra-supercritical fossil power unit become the main developmentdirection in future. Full quantity valve as the safe device in the high-pressure zone,the opening and closing depends on the pressure of medium and the force of spring,it has a lot of good characteristics (operational safety and reliable performance andtight shutting and full emission and accurate opening pressure and small differencebetween opening-closing pressure and good sealing and easy adjustment. etc). Thetraditional test method can not meet the requirement of high parameter valve. Studythe characteristics of temperature and the characteristics of flow with the simulationanalysis method.Firstly, analysis the structure and principle of full quantity valve and establish thethermodynamics and fuid-mechanics model.According to the thermodynamics andthe basic law of fluid mechanics and the theory of thermal, establish themathematical model of the heat conduction and thermal stress and thermal strainand fluid domain.Secondly, establish the3D assemble model of full quantity valve and simulate thetemperature field of full quantity valve. Research the distribution of temperatureand thermal stress and thermal strain when the disc opens at shut and20%and40%and60%and80%and100%opening based on Steady-State Thermal(ANSYS)inWorkbench. Get the thermodynamic properties at the temperature sensitive positionof full quantity valve.Thirdly, establish the1/23D cavity model of full quantity valve and simulate theflow field of full quantity valve. Research the medium pressure nephogram andvelocity streamline and characteristic of disc pressure when the disc opens at shutand20%and40%and60%and80%and100%opening based on Fluid Flow(CFX)in Workbench. Get the fluid mechanics characteristics of the medium in the cavity of valve.Lastly, establish the test system of full quantity valve and measure thetemperature and stress and strain based on valve package and virtual instrument.And compare the simulation results with the experimental results. Prove correctnessof simulation results. Give the characteristics of temperature filed and flow field offull quantity valve. Provide the base of the theory of structure innovation and faultdiagnosis.
