The safety valve is an indispensable safety device to prevent the system pressure from exceeding the allowed limit,to ensure the safe operation of boilers,pressure vessels,pressure piping and other types of pressure loaded equipment.It is widely used in the industrial production of all walks of life,which is extremely important to the safe and reliable operation of the equipment system.Highperformance steam safety valve is applicable for high temperature and a high pressure steam working condition,mainly used in thermal power,nuclear power and other important places,and has great market demand.But due to its poor working environment conditions,when it works online,the setting pressure often deviates,leading to jump ahead or overpressure,therefore it is necessary to study the factors affecting the setting pressure of steam safety valve.The influence factors of the setting pressure excursion are mainly the influences of temperature on spring stiffness and working height,the influence of temperature on the sealing area,etc.In the current published literature,research on spring working height of safety valve is wanting.Test method has been used to study the influence of the temperature for the working spring height of highperformance steam safety valve,and use the advanced simulation technology to simulate temperature field distribution of relief valve,the thermal strain of relief valve,spring working height change and other related content.First,heat the entrance of the relief valve and heat the entrance to different temperatures.After the safety valve reaches the temperature balance,the temperature of the whole relief valve can be obtained by measuring the temperature of the temperature sensor installed in the different position of the relief valve.Then respectively fix on the above and under relief valve spring seat a level strut,on the strut of the above spring seat fix laser displacement sensor,using a laser displacement device measuring the distance between the two fulcrum bars change under different temperature conditions.It can be values of spring working height change under different inlet temperatures.Finally,use numerical simulation with the software,and get temperature distribution and the relief valve spring working height variation,compared with the measured values,test and verify the accuracy of the results of simulation,grasp the method of temperature simulation.This article adopts the method of experimental research combined with simulation technology,the highperformance steam safety valve launched a series of research work,finally through the simulation calculation and experiment results,have the effect of temperature on the spring height and the changing rule of the spring height.It has important guiding significance in engineering practice and new product development...
