With the rapid development of economic and social life, environmental pollution, ecological degradation and energy shortages are becoming increasingly severe. Development and use of new energy sources for the production and life to ease the energy supply and demand intense pressure, but energy waste and unreasonable use of the situation remains to be solved. Proposed "smart city" concept, aimed at the use of advanced information and network communication technology awareness, analyze and integrate all the key information about city operations and to achieve the wisdom of urban management services to promote harmonious urban and sustainable development. Wisdom and intelligent building environment as an important measure to solve the environmental pollution and energy saving, economic and wisdom, the wisdom of life, wisdom, medical, and other common supports smart city building.In many comprehensive universities, since a wide range of disciplines, classroom arrangement is not uniform, in the classrooms, the lack of necessary regulatory measures and corresponding financial investment in the project, classroom lighting widespread large, high power consumption of the phenomenon. In my school, for example, during the non-summer and winter, the classroom utilization rate of about 90%, during the non-examination, about 60% of the study room at a density of 15 people, but no matter how many students in the classroom, how to position the entire night in the classroom the lights are fully open, causing a great waste of power resources and school unnecessary financial costs.In this paper, public lighting management in University of the problems set forth above, according to the wisdom of urban construction, public buildings energy-saving lighting control requirements, from my school study hall classroom use and the actual situation of the students starting the existing classroom lighting system improvement, based on the number of students and location, according to the actual needs of lighting fixtures intelligent control, energy saving lighting control college public facilities. The system is mainly achieved:According to the study rooms in the actual illumination decide whether to turn on the lights, and according to the number of classrooms actual students live in and the position information on demand real-time control in the classroom each bright lights off; on this basis, full the use of self-study student data obtained to provide students with study rooms information inquiry internet.In this paper, a review of existing research on domestic and foreign universities and other public lighting places in the results of energy saving control experience, combined with the actual situation of our school classrooms and student self-study arrangements. In the system design and implementation, the paper selects the Kinect camera image capture, C# as the development language, WPF as a framework, based on an improved depth learning algorithm implementation for image processing and analysis, access to classroom picture actually self-study enrollment and location data and other information; use Microsoft's Azure cloud platform, the platform is equipped with the deployment of Open SUSE operating system, the MySQL server set up to provide data access and management services; the pixel is mapped to a range of classroom proofs lamp number, image processing after analyzing the data obtained to determine the corresponding lamps light off; and the application of information drawn from the analysis of student data, a web page to provide students with a study hall classroom inquiry internet. As the actual classroom encapsulated circuit is completed, it uses microcontroller and circuit board wiring circuit improvements, successful experiments and test for the practical application of research results in this paper provide a conventional classroom feasibility validation.
