With the advancement of society and the rapid development of heavy industry,the demand for electricity consumption in Guangzhou is also growing.The power supply of Guangzhou Power Grid is increasing at an annual rate of 5% or so.As the demand increases,the size of the grid is also expanding rapidly.The substation above 110 k V in Guangzhou has reached the scale of about 400 from 2010 to 200 in 2019.As substations increase,so does the demand for professional technicians.However,the staffing of the Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau has increased slowly.Therefore,the demand for intelligent substations is also very strong.The requirements for secondary technology self-energy are also getting higher and higher.However,most of the substations are still in the traditional substation mode,and it is unrealistic to want to change all of them to intelligent substations.Therefore,innovation on traditional equipment is a very useful tool so far.The relay protection of electrical equipment in the substation was originally protected by a single set.For equipment with voltage levels of 220 k V and above,the reliability is low.Therefore,the current 220 k V and above voltage substations are required to have two sets of independent protection,including backup.Protection,non-electricity protection,etc.However,as the protection has been increased,the number of plates pressed in the corresponding protective panel has nearly doubled.There is a number of protective pressure plates for 220 k V line spacing equipped with differential protection.At the same time,the protection of the pressure plate must be consistent with the operation mode of the primary equipment.Otherwise,protection data or misoperation will occur.The consequences are very serious,which seriously threatens the safety of people,power grids and equipment.The management of the protective pressure plate in the substation has always used the traditional old method,adopting the rules and regulations and technical measures,strictly stipulates the state of the pressure plate after the operation,and prevents the pressure plate from being mistakenly thrown back;in the inspection,each operation personnel need to use a lot of time.Check the status of the pressure plate to prevent the protection from malfunctioning due to the inconsistency with the running status.Even with so many means,every year there will be an event of protection failure due to inconsistent pressure plate conditions.Nowadays,there are more and more unattended stations.In order to ensure long-term,efficient and safe operation of the power grid,the requirements for operating personnel are getting higher and higher.Therefore,the use of the plate-retracting state discrimination system is imminent.The system designed by this system adopts the image processing technology of the platen retracting state recognition system to judge the state of the platen,and can quickly confirm the retracting position of the platen state,and check with the platen table,which has a high recognition rate and greatly reduces the labor.Check the events used in daily inspections.The pressure plate is photographed by the mobile device,and the captured image is uploaded to the pressure plate retracting state recognition system of the computer.The system first preprocesses the state images,then classifies them according to their characteristics,and finally recognizes the output results of the platen retraction state by the SURF algorithm and the Hough line algorithm.
