| Flexible Formwork Concrete Supporting Technology is a new method in the field of excavation engineering supporting, which uses the new geotechnical cloth into the construction of concrete wall as the flexible formwork. The whisked concrete is pumped into the setted flexible formwork through the pumping mechanical. Then the concrete would condense into the given shape. The flexible formwork which can permeate through water and not concrete, would filter the excess water under the press of pumping mechanical, which enhances the concrete stength. The flexible formwork can be made into different shapes,thickness, structures and so on. It is easy to install and its effect is good. In this paper, the design and application of the flexible formwork in excavation engineering will be introducted in detail.The structure of the flexible formwork concrete supporting technology mainly divided into two parts: concrete retaining wall and anchors. Concrete retaining wall can provide strong support and has the advantages of strong impervious capacity and good supporting. Anchor can provide active support which combines with passive support derived from the concrete retaining wall. The supporting ability becomes stronger and the safty of the excavation engineering can be ensured efficiently. In this paper, the structure of the flexible formwork concrete supporting will be calculated in detail, especially the flexible formwork and the concrete mix proportion which is different from the troditional concrete support. Then the parameter used in the calculation will be introducted in detail combining with pratical engineering. In addition th this, the paper introducs the constructing process and the technological process, including excavation, bolt supporting, flexible formwork installation,concrete pouring and so on which guides engineering practice of the flexible formwork concrete supporting technology.Flexible formwork concrete supporting technology is a new method in the field ofexcavation engineering supporting. Its construction technology is simple and inexpensive while it has good effect. But it is not used in the excavation engineering commonly and some of the parmeters need to modify.
