China’s economy keeps growing,urban development ushered in a new look,the development model of urban agglomeration with central city as the core has brought a lot of convenience to people.When people concentrate on the city and the suburbs,it brings new pressure to the urban traffic,and at the same time brings new development opportunities to the urban underground rail transit.Urban subway construction cannot be separated from the adhibition of high formwork support system.In recent years,accidents caused by the collapse of falsework are common,and the safety situation of high template construction is not hopeful.Based on the Xiyan train parking lot project of Nanjing Metro Line 2,this paper studies the construction safety management of the underground space tall mold support system from the four aspects of construction site conditions,scheme design and construction method,stability calculation,and safety and quality management.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the development history and current research status of high and large formwork support system,the main causes of formwork support safety accidents are summarized as follows:The use of aging steel pipe and fastener materials,whose bearing capacity can not meet the need of safe construction;In the construction of high formwork support system,the influence of construction environment is not considered,and the protection measures are not complete;The professional quality of operators is weakened and the operation is improper;The supervision personnel are not well managed;Before construction,the structural reliability is not checked or the result is wrong.(2)Analyze the engineering circumstances of the parking lot,focus on the control of risk sources,and select a reasonable scaffold structure.This paper introduces and analyzes the design and construction technology of formwork support system,and determines the best construction scheme.The main structure formwork support system is calculated and analyzed,and the dangerous engineering parts are simulated.The safety and stability of the structure system are verified from the perspective of theoretical calculation.(3)The main structure formwork support system was calculated and analyzed,and the construction position of the dangerous side wall formwork support was simulated to verify the safety and stability of the structure system from the perspective of theoretical calculation.(4)This paper analyzes the material and equipment selection,deformation monitoring requirements of the support frame,common quality problems and treatment,and safety organization management in the project of the parking lot formwork support,and establishes a safety quality system.The research results of this paper have some practical significance and reference value for the design and construction of the tall formwork support system of similar underground train parking lot,and have some guiding significance for the safety management of project managers during the construction process.Figure 56 table 20 reference 53... |
