Research On Synergetic Development Of Urban And Rural Space In Zunyi County, Guizhou Province

This paper is based on the planning situation that the separation of urban and rural development under the background of rapid urbanization. In the framework of urban-rural integration and the new-type urbanization. Take the urban and rural space of Zunyi County as the research object, analyze its evolution process, the influence mechanism, development characteristics and problems. The theory of synergetic development of urban and rural space is discussed basing on the study of the related theories and cases of the development of urban and rural space. Combine the synergetic concept of function and structure, system, order parameter, competition collaborative with the planning ideas of global co-ordination and network development. Deconstruction of urban and rural space system based on functional elements, then use the implementation path which including overall coordination, global co-ordination, network development to guide the system development. First optimize the internal function and structure of urban and rural space subsystem to realize the coordinated development of the subsystems. Then with the synergy of the function and structure of inter subsystems to optimize urban and rural spatial point, line and surface elements, and then overall the urban and rural space system with the model of "point line surface" network development. In order to optimize the spatial structure of urban and rural space as well as to achieve synergetic development of urban and rural space. Taking Zunyi County as an example, by introducing the theory of synergetics and the concept of three function in land planning into county urban and rural space research, to explore the method of the synergetic development of urban and rural space and its specific implementation strategy, and also to provide a way of thinking for the development of urban and rural space and multi – regulation synergetic.This paper mainly includes four parts, the basic research, found the problem, construction method, solve the problem.The first part(including chapter one): Analyses the research background and related concepts, and expounds the heoretical and practical significance of the research on the synergetic development of urban and rural space in Zunyi County, to understand the domestic and foreign research results of urban and rural space development, and clear the objects, ideas and methods of the study in this paper. The research objects of urban and rural space include urban and rural system, industrial distribution, transportation network, ecological network and cultural network and so on. According to the resource attributes it can be divided into natural resources and social economic resources, according to the functional attributes it can be divided into life function, production function, ecological function, support function, according to the structural properties it can be divided into points, lines, surfaces, network structure.The second part(including chapter two and chapter three): Through the research on the evolution process and the development status of the urban and rural areas in Zunyi County, find the problem of urban and rural space development. The second chapter researchs the evolution process and influence mechanism of the urban and rural space in Zunyi County. The third chapter researchs on the characteristics and problems of urban and rural space development. The evolution of urban and rural space in Zunyi County is a dynamic and spatial evolution process under the influence of natural resources carrying constraints, social and economic promotion, infrastructure support and guidance, policy guidance and control. Its development and evolution has experienced 4 stages which includes urban and rural symbiotic; urban and rural separation, urban development; urban and rural construction, level differentiation; urban and rural initial integration. The development of urban and rural space in Zunyi shows the characteristics of urban and rural association and characteristics development, spatial cluster development and ecological transformation. Performance for the lack of urban agglomeration, extensive construction of urban and rural areas, the ecological basal breakage, etc.The third part(including chapter four): the theory of urban and rural space synergetic development is discussed on the basis of relevant theories and case studies, and the method of urban and rural space optimization is also obtained.The fourth part(including chapter five and chapter six): Take Zunyi County as the object to apply the theory of urban and rural space synergetic development. Through the synergetic development path to achieve the internal synergetic of urban and rural space subsystem, namely ecological space conservation and restoration, production space intensive and efficient, living space moderately and livable, traffic space perfect and convenient. Via the joint cultivation, axis guidance, domain integration, network overall planning to achieve synergetic between urban and rural space subsystems, that is the optimal of overall system of urban and rural space.
