Nowadays the sealing disk and baffle integrated structure has been widely employed in foreign advanced aero-engine, which demonstrated the remarkable advantage of this configuration. Thus, it was very essential that the research should be carried out about the sealing disk and baffle integrated structure. The general design criteria of integrated structure were discussed, and the studies were deployed about deformation compatibility and optimization methods for to provide constructive guide for industrial process in this thesis.The main research contents and results were listed below:1) The stress and deformation were compared about non-integrated structure and integrated structure characteristics basing on CFM56 aero-engine. The advantage was understood and the general criteria and principles were established about sealing disk and baffle structure design for to explore feasible optimization methods.2) The structural design criteria were exhaustively studied about the sealing disk and baffle integrated structure from the aspects of bolt connection interference value, stress value of the double cylindrical surfaces,connection interference value between the baffle and the boss, and assembly-disassembly process in order to lay the foundation for structure design and optimization3) The deformation compatibility was analyzed for sealing disk-baffle integrated structure. The regularities was studiedfor the fitted stress varying with rotational speed, the criteria were proposed for selection of reasonable fit tolerance and structural design and the choice was completed for assembly tolerance.4) The software was developed by MATLAB and APDL for the sealing disk and baffle integrated structure according to the determined criteria, which realized paramedic design of integrated structure and visual interface for amuser. It processedthe functionsas stress calculation, multi-arc and spline interpolation algorithm and was applied in design for practical engineering.5) The stress distribution was improved by the software for the sealing disk-baffle integrated structure making use of multi-arc and spline interpolation algorithm.The results were shown thatthe parametric and optimal design wascompleted by the software and the method in the paperThe constructive references were provided by the research in the paperfor practical engineering about the sealing disk-baffle integrated structure. The establishedsoftware was sued forsealing disk-baffle integrated structure andoptimal design.
