In order to reduce a ship’s cost of construction,it is necessary to determine the dimension of each component of the ship reasonably and to realize the lightweight design of the ship to maximum extent under the conditions of meeting various constrains.Aiming at the descriptive criteria and finite element analysis criteria in HCSR code,this paper takes a certain type of oil tanker as the research object,carries out the serial optimization scheme research on the middle section,transverse bulkhead and three-compartment structure based on the descriptive criteria and finite element analysis criteria in the code,and provides a new idea for the engineering method Research of hull optimization.Based on ISIGHT optimization software,integrated optimization design variables,constraints and objective functions and Established Parametric Data Flow.A scheme of ship size optimization system based on Mars 2000 was developed,which provides a platform for the following optimization of midship section and transverse bulkhead of oil tanker.Firstly,this paper designs and develops a ship dimension optimization analysis platform based on Mars 2000.On ISIGHT platform,the design variables,constraints and objective functions are integrated,and the optimal design data flow is established.The optimization design of midship section and transverse bulkhead structure based on normative descriptive criteria is completed.On this basis,the effects of simulated annealing,evolutionary algorithm,multi-island genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization on the optimization results and computational efficiency are compared and analyzed.Subsequently,in the optimization design stage of hull compartment,an engineering optimization scheme is adopted to reduce the reanalysis process in the optimization design,and a finite element calculation tool PATRAN is integrated under the ISIGHT platform to realize the serial optimization of the normative descriptive criteria and finite element analysis,and a hull optimization method suitable for engineering design is established.Finally,in order to realize the uniform design of hull structure strength,an optimization model is established,which takes the weight of ship as the constraint condition,the yield utilization coefficient of hull plate and the buckling utilization coefficient as the objective function,and the optimal design schemes of yield utilization coefficient and buckling utilization coefficient under different weight ratios are compared and analyzed.
