Study On The Testing Method Of Safety Pressure In Maintenance Based On Accident Investigation

Civil aviation industry is an important foundation for the development of our country, it plays an increasingly significant role in the comprehensive system of transport. At the same time,aircraft maintenance safety gets more and more attention which is the important guarantee to aircraft airworthy condition. In the daily operation of aviation companies, first-line aircraft maintenance personnel and safety managers in different levels are all don't know How will Who do What error at When,Where and cause what unsafe events, who will bear the responsibility for this event, what is the punishment for people to accept responsibility at the aircraft maintenance system which is complex and there are many risk factors, also influenced by the external factors. To a large extent these uncertainties will have an impact on their daily work, also known as the aircraft maintenance safety pressure.To make first-line maintenance personnel as well as safety managers in different level more clearly know their safety pressure and better control of the safety risks that exist in the maintenance system, this paper carries out a study on the method for safety pressure testing on first-line maintenance personnel and levels of managers, taking a safety pressure testing as a means, an accident investigation as a driver, based on the concept of organizational accidents, combined with MEDA, SHELL, Reason, HFACS and other maintenance error analysis model, which is aimed at analyzing the safety risks in aircraft maintenance system and showing clearly safety pressures brought to the front-line maintenance personnel and managers once these risks may cause unsafe incidents, while the safety pressure test system,whose core is accident investigation, can be used as an aid tool to help accident investigators to finish the accident investigation more quickly. Provend, there is some significance to the actual aircraft maintenance safety risk management.
