3D simulation of civil aviation maintenance has an important meaning in strengthening the ability of maintenance person, reducing the cost of training, improving training efficiency,and the constraint management was very important in it. This paper has made the assembly mode and deep research on aircraft parts disassembly maintenance, which was platform on A320 maintenance training simulator, based on the tradition constraint management methods,aimed at the complex and multiple modern aircraft maintenanceFirstly, introduced 3D maintenance simulation environment and theoretical knowledge of the digital prototype in detail, including the concept of constraint management constraints,classification, and expression of learning research, as well as adding and deleting constraints of the establishment and constraints of the network, checking constraints in-depth and management conflict.Secondly, in the 3D maintenance environment created a disassembly model before parts disassembly. And on this basis, having in-depth study of the general disassembly constraint relations algorithm. Based on this, the paper has deep research on the disassembly constraint management the environment. Difficult to the problems of accurately complete traditional disassembly, this paper proposes an improved method based on the degree of freedom constraint, which combining the disassembly body geometry and the physical characteristics to guarantee the comprehensive and integrity.Finally, according to the improved method based on the degrees of freedom, accurately position the parts in the management, which was simulated in OSG platform. After the verification, indicated that this method can make full use of the geometric constraints of the detachable parts, combined with their physical information detachably solving; while constantly revised the recorded movement freedom of the corresponding removable body,evaluated out the removable body transformation matrix by the degree of freedom to ultimately complete the precise positioning of parts.
