| The removable box house is one of the pioneering trends of the building industrialization and the green buildings.The industry of the removable box house will form a huge industrial scale at home and abroad and has been widely used in various industries.Practical experience at home and abroad proves that the removable box house is a promising technology and products.It is not very long since the box house has been used,so the industry has to deal with the missing of the design standards and processing standards.The connections between the column and the roof(floor)system belong to semi-rigid connection and the beam and column are the irregular cold-formed thin-walled sections.Mechanical analysis is very difficult.All of these affected the rapid development of the removable box house.It has an important significance for further research on the removable box house.This thesis mainly studies the removable box house form the following three aspects: the mechanical behavior of the floor system,the vertical bearing capacity and the lateral performance.The implementation process is described as follows:(1)Through the experimental research on the mechanical behavior test of the floor system,the mechanical behavior of the beam end,the mid-span beams and the beams with web openings were analyzed.The influences of the variations of loading on the overall flexural behavior were also studied.At last the varying characters of the direction of principal were analyzed.(2)Through the floor and columns vertical load test of the removable box house,the mechanical behavior of the beam end,the mid-span beams,the column bases and the mid-span columns were analyzed.The flexural bearing capacity of the floor system was studied.The buckling modes and critical buckling load were acquired.(3)Through the horizontal load test of the removable box house,the mechanical behavior of the key positions were analyzed.The influences of semi-rigid connection on the mechanical behavior and the lateral stiffness were also taken into account in design.At last the influences of wallboard on the lateral stiffness were analyzed. |
