Currentlyhigh-rise and super high-rise buildings have spread all over major cities at home and abroad,and will continue to developrapidly,cantilever scaffold will also get more extensive application.Cantilever scaffold cantilever beam and slab or girder anchorage is particularly important,according to the different projects,each period of the specific situation,before steel cantilever beam has been applied to the construction of the many forms of anchoring method.In the past,most engineering embedded in concrete floor or girder u-shaped steel rings or anchor bolt and steel for anchoring,after the construction in the surface of floor adopts gas welding cutting,waste materials and artificial,is neither economic nor green.So the removable anchorage method arises at the historic moment,safe and reliable,convenient construction,based on the above question for study and discuss the following:Study the current sealed type cantilever beam end anchorage method and way of removable anchor.This article was to explore the removable type anchorage method and sealed anchorage method,on the basis of relevant theoretical calculation,comparison analysis and engineering practice,and by looking up some literature,comparison of the four types of removable anchor methods:removable type horizontal beam and the floor slabs point anchorage;Removable type cantilever beam combined anchor fixed;Removable type hole fixed beam anchorage;After the removable type drilling anchor.Put forward a kind of to bolt as embedded parts with steel plate welding,bolt coat of PVC plastic pipe,the above USES anchor coping and double nut locking fixed removable anchor fixed parts,after the project,the removal of the anchoring piece is simple and convenient,just on the upper floor on the anchoring piece can make its falling concrete panel,and receives the influence of structure of floor also is extremely small,so the recovery rise more convenient also.Finally selected using this on the operation and economically more applicable removable type cantilever beam combined anchor fixing parts.Through the anchorage stress analysis of the composition of each component and put forward the versatility of the anchoring structure form.Proposed in this paper several kinds of steel cantilever scaffold in construction process is relatively easy to the problems and provides the corresponding solutions.Mainly from the problems existing in the steel cantilever scaffold design,steel cantilever structure as well as the construction of the quality and technology aspects this paper expounds the steel cantilever scaffold construction easy occurrence problems and corresponding measures.Eventually came to the conclusion:the plan control is the premise,model the way is the foundation,and process control is the guarantee,is the result of examination and acceptance,to ensure that safety is purpose.Only in this way can avoid steel cantilever scaffold with various problems occurred in construction process to ensure construction safety.Analyzed the steel cantilever scaffold can cantilever height under various working conditions and the influence of wind load on cantilever structure.Through the instance of the strength of a steel cantilever scaffold components,deflection,bending,shear,overall stability calculation,made clear in the selection of the parameters and construction must ensure that the structure of the requirements.This topic research has been widely used in the engineering construction.
