At present, many business linkages between enterprises in the industrial cluster are loose, and duplication and imbalance of manufacturing capacity are widespread, resulting in that idle resources and resources bottlenecks are coexisting. And there are a lot of isolated islands in the manufacturing which has caused a serious waste of manufacturing resources. As a service-oriented, low-efficient networked intelligent manufacturing mode, Cloud Manufacturing has shown stronger competitiveness in reducing the cost and improving the efficiency of manufacturing resources, becoming an effective solution to deal with these challenges. Production service is an important part of Cloud Manufacturing. Therefore, optimizing the allocation of production resources to provide customers with high-quality low-cost, safe and reliable production service, has been a key issue need to be addressed in model application and implementation of Cloud Manufacturing. However, there are still some shortcomings in existing studies, such as existing studies supposes that the task can only be done by a combination of resources, which couldn't solve task scene of the time constraints with a strong mandate, and the configuration under a single batch production scheduling is studied, which is difficult to effectively meet the needs of multi-batch production scheduling. Therefore, on the basis of same type ? multi-task studies, considering some of the production tasks on time strong binding, and combined with multi-batch production scheduling, same type multi-task oriented optimal allocation of production resources in Cloud Manufacturing is studied.The following aspects are main content of this paper.Firstly, the concept, characteristics and process of Cloud Manufacturing are analyzed, and the characteristics of production tasks, resources and allocation are researched respectively. Then the overall scheme of same type multi-task oriented optimal allocation of production resources is put forward.Secondly, the task, resource discovery, resource composition and composition selection are analyzed to describe configuration problem. Then, evaluation indicator system is put forward consisting of time, cost, quality, reliability and satisfaction of the platform. And optimal allocation mode of production resources is built which aims at obtaining the best quality of service and maximizing number of tasks completed.Then, optimization algorithm is utilized to solve optimal allocation model of production resources. Due to the deficiency of Standard Genetic Algorithm, Genetic Algorithm is improved by combing with external memory and dynamic cross.Finally, the research result is applied to a numerical example. The numerical example results show that optimal allocation mode of production resources was better than the existing studies, and the proposed algorithm could solve optimal allocation model of production resources problem efficiently and effectively.
