Machine is an important part of the equipment manufacturing industry.In the rapid development of the machine tool industry,our country is also facing the problems of machine tool resources idling and deficiency coexistence.In this context,cloud manufacturing,as a new manufacture model,has had widespread attention.In this paper,in order to solve the problem of machine tool resources optimal allocation which faces the cutting task under the cloud manufacturing environment,studies in-depth of the aspects of the optimal allocation system and process,the aggregation mode of machine tool resources,requirement analysis methods of cutting tasks,the search process and methods of machine tool resources,and the optimal selection of machine tool resources.Considering the characteristics of the cloud environment,an optimal allocation system architecture of machine tool resources is built which has five levels and bases on the P2 P network.Orienting user tasks requirements,the process of machine tool resources optimal allocation was analyzed.Basing on the complexity and dispersion characteristics and the function features,machine tool resources aggregate on different categories,and a machine tool resources aggregation structure of two-level application-oriented chord loops is built.Basing on the optimal allocation system,the search process of machine tool resources is given.Basing on machine tool system,the search process of machine resources is established.With the object properties of manufacturing tasks,the model of machining tasks is established,task decomposition method is elaborated.The requirement analysis method of cutting tasks is given,and the requirement description model of machine tool resources is built.The searching methods of machine tool resources are given basing on the established two-layer polycyclic chord resource loops.To ensure obtaining the optimal machine resources,optimization methods arestudied significantly.The evaluation index system is established machine resource optimization,using fuzzy consistent relation to determine the weight of each evaluation factors.According to the evaluation index system and the logistic factors of cutting process,the multi-objective optimization function of machine tools is established which is solved through genetic algorithms,and finally the algorithm performance is analyzed and verified.Finally,combining the above studies,a cloud service portal system of cutting resources was established,using object-oriented programming methods to design and realize each functional module and using a cutting instance to verify the optimal allocation process of machine tool resources.
