With the continuous development of society,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,The use of electricity to replace polluting energy can greatly improve the quality of the environment.However,a large range of power substitution produces a large number of power quality problems,which increases the power loss in the distribution area,especially the transformer loss,and seriously reduces the power supply reliability.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the safe and efficient operation technology of transformer for economic and environmental protection.Firstly,this paper studies the working principle and loss factors of distribution transformer,and deeply analyzes the influence of load rate,power factor,harmonic and three-phase unbalanced current on the loss and safety of distribution transformer.By analyzing and comparing the existing measures to improve the efficiency and safety of transformer,a smart power control system is proposed,which can reduce the comprehensive power loss of distribution transformer and improve the safety without replacing the existing distribution transformer.The smart electric energy control system consists of energy storage equipment,power electronic converters and smart control systems.The focus of this article is to study the control strategy of the smart control system.Under the comprehensive control of the smart control system,using power electronic converters and energy storage equipment to solve the transformer load factor,power factor,harmonics.The influence of factors such as phase unbalance on the high-efficiency operation of the transformer will ultimately make the distribution transformer safe and efficient operation.Finally,by collecting field data of the distribution station area,this article builds user loads,transformers and models such as smart electric energy control systems are simulated and analyzed under different working conditions to compare the input of the system.The loss of front and rear transformers.The simulation results show that the smart power control system is reducing transformer losses.It has significant effects in improving power quality and increasing the reliability of power supply in the distribution station area.
