| The lifting hydraulic of the crawler crane is the core of its whole hydraulic system. With the continuing progress of hydraulic technology and its expanding applications, people put forward higher requirements. It is how to improve the accuracy of the hydraulic crane control and dynamic quality, and realize the digital virtualized design that is to be solved currently. To study the dynamic characteristics of its lifting hydraulic system, analyze the factors influencing dynamic quality, and propose improvement measures, are significant to improve the function of the crane. The main work of the paper is as follows:First, this paper introduces the developments of hydraulic crawler crane at home and abroad, analyzes the lifting hydraulic system, and provides a general survey of the current research situation of the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system at home and abroad, as well as an overview of the content and evaluation indicators of the research.In the paper, the mathematical model of the A8V0variable pump is established by using the transfer function method. It derives the transfer function of the hydraulic circuit and analyzes the main structural factors that affect the lifting system stability. With the establishment of the mathematical model of the A6VM variable pump, the analysis of its transfer function shows that the initial displacement of the motor, the initial load pressure drop, the volume of the hydraulic chamber, rotating inertia and viscous damping coefficient all have an impact on the stability of the system.The paper builds a dynamic model of the lifting mechanism, derives the equivalent calculation of the damping, stiffness and quality of the model, and connected with the QUY160crawler crane of Sunword, solves related parameters in the model. It gets the dynamic response curve under air lifting conditions by the use of the simulink simulation model and the value of the dynamic load coefficient.By the use of the AMEsim software, the paper carries out a simulation analysis of the crawler crane with LUDV under different load conditions. And through the simulation analysis of the lifting hydraulic system under different working conditions, the paper gets the principles of the influences from the variable cylinder bypass damper, the LS valve set pressure, the balancing valve bypass damper, motor displacement step change, the LS valve spring stiffness, and the values of external load parameters on its dynamic performance.In connection with the particularity of its operating environment, this paper develops a remote wireless test system and provides an effective tool for the systematic analysis of the crawler crane. |
