In winter,our country northern regions snowfall has the characteristics of lasting a long period,a large amount of snow,a wide range.With the increasing number of vehicles traveling on the road,the road will form solid ice-snow with membrane on its surface by means of vehicles and pedestrians repeatedly rolling.The existing snow removing machine is mainly used for removing the floating snow or the non compacted snow cover.For the solid density,high density,and the ground viscosity of the solid ice-snow,the efficiency is low,the clearing net rate is low,great damage to the road and machine.In this paper,the research and design a new,intelligent snow removing machinery with characteristics of efficient,small damage to road and machine,and the high clearing net rate,the machine is particularly applicable to a solid ice-now density greater than 500kg/m3.The solid ice-snow road surface clearance test bench was designed by analyzing the physical characteristics of ice-snow and the ice-snow thickness detection methods.The test platform could quickly detect the thickness of the ice-snow at the same time to carry out solid ice-snow fast clear.The experiment bench of three dimensional modeling was built,cutter and broken ice skates,etc.key parts were respectively analyzed through Adams kinematics simulation and ANSYS static.It indicated that the optimal motion parameter of the cutter travel speed was 7.2km/h and rotational speed was 180r/min.The optimal support plate length was 83.4mm,broken ice skates was installed on it.The performance of key components and the rationality of the parameters were verified by the outdoor prototype test,which provided a theoretical basis for designing and parameter optimization of ice-snow removal prototype.Ice-snow test device was designed,and the thickness of the ice-snow was tested.Mechanical contact measurement method was used to measure the thickness of ice-snow,usingtilt sensor to show the real-time thickness of the ice-snow by programming calculation.It found that the average error was less than 4mm aiming at different parameters,and the date response fast,high detection accuracy.To test detection device precision and to adjust the feasibility of ice breaking knife through laboratory test and outdoor adjustment test.The cutter adjusted broken ice skates up and down in order to realize the obstacle profile function,reduce the broken blade wear,prolong the service life,protect the test-bed of removing snow key components,which provides the experimental basis for the prototype real time ice-snow thickness detection,fast and efficient snow removal.
