In the northern part of China,the annual snowfall period lasts for 3-5 months.If the road snow is not cleaned up in time,compacted ice and snow will be formed after rolling through the vehicle,which greatly reduces the friction coefficient of the road surface.resulting in the braking distance is 3-6 times and the traffic accident rate is 5-8 times that of dry road.It can be seen that the snow and ice weather will greatly increase the traffic accidents,so it is necessary to study the road snow-ice breaking solution.This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of various snow removal methods,combined with market demand and working environment,and designs a small snow-ice breaking machine for narrow roads to solve the problem of road compaction and snow.According to the operation requirements of small snow-ice breaking machine,the structural design,parameter design calculation,motion performance simulation analysis and component performance check of the icebreaker are carried out.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:1.Introduced various snow removal methods and their characteristics,the development and research status of mechanical snow removal technology,and analyzed the inadequacies and future development trends of domestic equipment.It also explains the research significance and contents of this paper.2.Firstly,the paper analyzes the physical characteristics of road compaction ice and snow.Then according to the application of the small snow-ice breaking machine,the overall design scheme of machine is proposed,and the traveling mechanism and working mechanism are designed.At the same time,the anti-overturning stability was analyzed,and a 3D model of the small snow-ice breaking vehicle was established by SolidWorks.The final vehicle quality was determined to be about 1545 kg.3.Based on the physical characteristics of road compaction ice and snow and the working environment of the machine,combined with the proposed design,the technical indicators and performance parameters were analyzed and calculated,including the adhesion of the snow-ice breaking machine,the traction force,the power required by the traveling mechanism,the operating power of the three operating mechanisms and the engine power,and In this way,the corresponding transmission scheme was selected,and the overall specification parameters of the small snow-ice breaking machine were finally determined.4.Based on ADAMS,a virtual prototype of a small snow-ice breaking vehicle was built.The kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of the snow-ice breaking vehicle operation process were carried out.The performance of the snow-ice breaking vehicle road under straight-line driving and slope-climbing were carried out under two typical working conditions.Simulation analysis verified the rationality of the design.5.Based on ANSYS Workbench,the static analysis of the horizontal axis in the snow-ice breaking vehicle operating mechanism was carried out,and the stress and strain cloud diagrams were obtained when the horizontal axis was operated.It was verified whether the structural design of the horizontal axis satisfies the design requirements of strength and stiffness;The analysis obtains the natural frequency and mode shape of the first six modes of the horizontal axis,and compares with the excitation load frequency to determine whether the horizontal axis will resonate.Finally,the structural design of the horizontal axis of the snow-ice breaking vehicle was confirmed to meet the operational requirements.
